A fall scavenger hunt is the perfect little library adventure! I created a tiny scavenger hunt featuring 8 cute fall-themed objects that I hid around the library. Each object starts as a Canva image that I print, cut out, and then bring to life with a little sharpie and colored pencil magic. Once they’re finished, I laminate them so they’ll last for many seasons to come.

Kids get a checklist to keep track of what they find, and when they discover all 8 objects, they earn a fun sticker reward! It’s such a simple way to get little ones moving, exploring, and noticing all the fall details around them.
This fall scavenger hunt pairs perfectly with storytime or fall-themed books, and it’s easy to adapt for any library, classroom, or even at home. If you are looking for spooky scavenger hunt ideas, see my old post!
Who says learning and playing can’t be this colorful and fun?
